At Cap-it, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
